Q. What should I bring?
A. You, a good pair of closed toed shoes, and every ounce of pent-up anger you have.
Q. What is there to break?
A. We have an ever-changing variety of things to break. Different types of glassware, ceramics, printers, and other electronics will be provided per appointment. We also allow you to bring some of your own stuff to smash, like that picture of your ex, negative feelings, and other keepsakes you need to destroy. (Check out our BYO packages to destroy your own things.)
Q. Do I need a reservation?
A. Yes. Schedule your time with us online. We will not accept walk-ins nor alert you of others' cancellations, to ensure your best possible time with us, book your appointment ahead of time.
Q. What if I need to cancel my appointment?
A. Riots are non-refundable, however customers have 2 chances to reschedule. After your second reschedule, another attempt to will result in you being asked to book a new appointment. Our gratuity time ends 25 minutes from your appointment time, so if you fail to arrive within that time frame, call to reschedule or your appointment will be cancelled.
Q. What can I bring in my BYOB?
A. You can bring a box of your own breakables and/or electronics. All items will be checked by staff to make sure you don't exceed our limits per package and that everything is safe to break. Tube TVs, florescent lights, large furniture and batteries a few things we don't allow in.
Q. How many people can be in the room?
A. We limit the number of people to 6 in our Riot Room no matter the package. THIS IS DUE TO ROOM CAPACITY AND SAFETY GEAR AVAILIABILITY. Make sure it's someone you trust with your life! We have viewing screen so you can watch your family, friends, or loved ones inside the room raging out! ** YOU ARE NOT PERMITTED TO SWING AT ANYONE IN THE ROOM WITH YOU! **
Q. How old do I need to be?
A. Persons aged 16 or older can provide proper ID and fill out our waivers themselves and go in the room alone. Anyone aged 15 or under must be filled out for by a responsible adult aged 18 or older. AN ADULT OF YOUR PARTY MUST BE IN THE ROOM AT ALL TIMES TO SUPERVISE KIDS 15 AND UNDER.
Q. Can I break stuff to music?
A. Rock Out while you Riot! Our Riot Room has Apple Music streaming to a speaker hidden in the room, and we will ask what you'd like to hear while you're suiting up to riot!
Q. Is it safe?
A. There will always be some risk when you are handling broken glass, (that's part of the excitement,) but we do our best to outfit you in protective gear. Vests, cut-proof gloves, and face shields are provided with your appointment. Long pants are recommended but not required. CLOSED TOES SHOES ARE MANDATORY. YOU ARE COMING TO BREAK GLASS. FLIP FLOPS, CROCS, SANDALS AND HEELS ARE STRICTLY PROHIBITED. Practice common sense when handling sharp materials.
Q. Is there parking?
A. Yes, free parking is available in front of the building.
Q. I'm under the influence, can I come to break things?
A. Absolutely NOT. No one under the influence of drugs or alcohol will be permitted in. PERIOD.
